Cultivated by the Naoumidis family, these peppers are grown with care and tradition, then transformed into handmade products that honour their natural flavour.

The peppers are grilled slowly over beechwood, then peeled by hand to preserve their sweetness, smokiness and vibrant character. This gentle process allows the true flavour of the peppers to shine, creating a smooth, aromatic spread with depth and balance.

Only a small selection of quality ingredients, extra virgin olive oil, garlic and salt are added to enhance the peppers without masking their natural taste. The result is a clean, richly flavoured spread that reflects authentic Mediterranean craftsmanship.
