Produced by the Papadeas family, makers of fine Greek vinegars since 1975, Messino Red Wine Vinegar is crafted exclusively from red grape varieties grown in the renowned wine region of Nemea, in the Peloponnese. Known for its rich winemaking heritage, Nemea grapes give this vinegar its deep colour, refined acidity and robust flavour.

With an acidity of 6%, this red wine vinegar offers a well balanced intensity that enhances food without overwhelming it. Full-bodied and aromatic, it brings brightness and depth to both fresh dishes and slow-cooked recipes, making it a staple in Mediterranean kitchens.
